I grew up around a family business, watching my parents keep track of sales in notebooks,
count stock by hand, and turn away customers simply because we couldn't reach them.
That experience stayed with me. I knew there had to be a simpler way — one that helps
shopkeepers keep what makes their shop special, while also giving them the tools to grow.
